Eureka Atom 75 Lelit Bianca Espresso Workflow
for me, this was the most useless comparison. I say this because why are you not also comparing the espresso shots ...i think this would be the most essential aspect of these machines.
@@Zzzzar yeah I kinda forgot to do that not sure how I screwed up on that
Hi, thank you very much for your review. The best I could find in 48 hours. I just wanted to ask you about the 2x button. What does that thing do? It makes two full extractions (ground, compact, and extract) so you can have two coffees?
I have same machine I love it, thank you very much to show us how to descaling it
@@Aya1024 no problem at all
when you factor in the cost of a decent grinder the legit will work out far more expensive
Have you been able to remove the steam wand? Steam wand is supposed to be removable for cleaning. I have been unable to figure out how to do it, it says you rotate it to disengage then pull down, but it doesn’t rotate.
@@-zack8960 no I never did sorry about that
Thank you Mocha Joe!
Libra versus Eureka XL?
@@tantricks947 I mean I’m super partial to grind by weight so I’d go with the Libra but if what you care about is speed go with xl
@@JoeyVaracalli I think I’m just concerned about some of the feedback on errors etc. with the Libra. Also I recognize that the burrs and motor are more advanced on the XL. Thoughts?
@@tantricks947 yeah the burrs are better on xl but I haven’t had issues with the motor. The screeen is a bit confusing but it’s mostly fine once you get the hang of it
Heck yes ❤

I got the Nespresso Vertuo Plus Coffee/Espresso Maker w Frother and Voucher from Target back in 2014. Cousin gave me a gift card to there. Bought the machine and a bunch of hot dogs.
PRICE????

I typically go to Perkins or Dennys 5-7 days a week to get coffee since my drip pot broke back in 2016. Is this a good option to replace? The video was kind of long so I didn’t watch it
thanks, ok I think I understand why the non pressurized tastes stronger than the pressurized filter, because it uses the whole coffee substance as a filter. Are there full automatic machines that use non pressurized filters?, or maybe have an option to use them or not (perhaps in settings). (perhaps higher price range machines).
@@bram9498 the only ones that do that are super super expensive commercial machines. Check out eversys in this video I made a while back ruclips.net/video/AgSzqnoGPjQ/видео.html&si=8zp1MPt1tx-XueVL
@@JoeyVaracalli thx, I checked the video, it is indeed expensive. What about the Gaggia Accademia, does it use a pressurized filter? probable not then. Its work pressure is 15 bar though.
@@bram9498 don’t believe any machines that say 15bar you really never want to pull espresso shot at 9 bar at max 12
when you compared these 2 did you use the same amount of coffee? only difference is the included filter in the full automatic machine that makes the coffee taste weaker?
@@bram9498 yeah I tried to get as close as possible it’s kinda impossible to get the exact weight of grinds on the super automatic but I got as close as I could using a wet puck
@@JoeyVaracalli thanks, ok I think I understand why the non pressurized tastes stronger than the pressurized filter, because it uses the whole coffee substance as a filter. Are there full automatic machines that use non pressurized filters?, or maybe have an option to use them or not (perhaps in settings). (perhaps higher price range machines). And then the grinded coffe should also be adjustable in the full automatic machine. Iam searching for a machine that uses a non pressurized filter and still has a grinder etc built in.
Yo if that’s the breville barista express then we have the same machine and same espresso shotglasses
thats pretty sweet
Hi Joe! can I use citric acid powder in place of the brewer cleaning powder?? I ordered the brewer cleaner powder from terrakaffe but their shipping is taking forever...
@@zizibe218 no use cafiza in place of brewer cleaner citric acid won’t really do much there. amzn.to/3VRG7ND The link is above. Citric acid is good for descaling not brewer cleaner
@@JoeyVaracalli omg thank you so much!!^^

Joe, is it possible to get something close to a monk's head on the cappuccino? I have a double boiler Anita machine and of course you have better control with the wand. I have been a bit disappointed with the head from the milk frother. Thank you.
@@richardschmidt895 it’s possible but you would need to put the steamed milk in a separate milk pitcher the. Pour into your coffee. You also have to play with the air intagration dial a bit to get it just right
@@JoeyVaracalli so I put the milk in a separate pitcher and use what as the wand to steam it? Thank you
Great review ! Just used mine on a road trip. Love it. Anyone successful getting through USA carry on(tas)
Can i use this to install my pid which i got from shades of coffee?;
@@armaanpasha5865 it should be mostly fine double check the Instructions with the shades of coffee though as you go through
@@JoeyVaracalli thanks so much
i previously though auto coffee makers superceed manual ones so much... now i have one, the trouble of washing the brew unit and finding coffee ground here and there inside the auto machine, makes me realise how much trouble one saves with manual machines....
@@nikeroy9018 yeah manual makes better as well if you use a non pressurized filter basket
I received mine today and I love it! Perfectly tiny, great for my small kitchen 👍 Taste is nice too! Way better than all the bitterness in most cafés! And I really do appreciate the good design and amazing packaging ❤
That’s awesome yeah we still love ours as well
Not fitting the coffee cups I don’t really think Falls under a con cause some people don’t have the space
well yeah i think thats a good point just something I wanted people to make not of. not a huge con more of a slight negative for those that may have tall cups is all
Dude Google tripod ,JFC. Video is unwatchable due to camera person.
Yeah you should give him more shit. 💩 it was really rough I think he was trying to be artsy but it’s just ended up sucking. Luckily this is the only video like this
I reference this video back every time I clean my machine lol Thanks!!
Ahh so it's not the pressure it's the grind.
Correct
@@JoeyVaracalli I bought a Sun Beam coffee grinder and it does it quite fine. But what i find is that the pressure on these machines are no where near as good as the ones in even a Gas Station. You need to spend money on an Italian one. And they are very expensive. Or German ones are good too.
@@JoeyVaracalli Dont overfill, or press the coffee in too hard. The pressure doesnt allow it. Do a fine grind if you can, and fill the double shot handle half way up with coffee, set it as a double shot anyway. And it should be good. You can always stop it when you think its done. Mine usually drips out because i pack it too fine and tight. But i like a thick black espresso
@@barristanselmy2758 how many bar are you reading your sunbeam generally espresso is pulled between 9 and 12 bar
@@JoeyVaracalli It goes up a bit higher on the pressure gauge a little bit beyond where it says Perfect range.
Is this the EVO model? I bought the EVO and it's advertised as 9 bar. After 8 months I just can't get good espresso. It's generally bitter and just awful. Thanks for the video!
No this was the standard model but I changed the spring out to make it 9 bar. Also bitter bad espresso is generally controlled by a lot of other factors other than the machine itself
Quick and to the point. Thanks!
One of my local shops serves klatch coffee and I buy their 2lb bags for $40. Fantastic stuff, but I am still partial to Blue Bottle Coffee.
yeah if I could get it at that price that would be my daily. blue bottle is great if you can get it fresh
you should first purge some water first ,,,,,, air in the system
Yup that was the issue. I was able to get it working after
Those yellows not matching make me feel uncomfortable lol
bought the non-grinder version for $50 😂 it's my first time making espressos and I can tell its not the best and the seller included a high quality non-pressurized portafilter. It's tedious to get a consistent espresso but overall not too bad. I definitely recommend upgrading the portafilter and it's a much better experience
Yeah the portafilter is super cheap aluminum not good for espresso
🔥
Why would you make coffee before you've done the whole set up and run water through it first?
Love baby we gotta make stuff
You need to sort out a better mike
Yeah I did after a few videos it’s all good now.
Is it make lateé or cappuccino?
Yes it can make a cappuccino
Does the quickmill lise any power when you use the thermoblock to pull a shot whilst steaming? Compared to just doing one or the other?
It uses electricity yes. But the pump doesn’t lower its pressure or anything like that
This is a very helpful video. I've referred to it several times and made one modification to the procedure. I use distilled water in my machine to minimize need for descaling. That said, I use an empty distilled water container to mix the descaling powder with water and then pour the mixed solution in the tank. Easier (and more thorough) than mixing the solution in the tank. Everything else as detailed in the video. :-)
That’s awesome glad it’s been helpful to you
Kötü işcilik
I love the mignon series i have a zero but espresso range for the coffee i use is like 2 lines past burr chirp. I wonder what is yours set at. Its one of the best grinders build qualities are awesome but ... small range for espresso.
Yeah I love the mignon series purely on looks and build quality. Also how quiet it is!!!! For espresso mine is normally set someone between .5 and 2
@@JoeyVaracalli yes, the build quality is awesome! It make the workflow so much easier. Thanks for the reply! Have a great day
@@carrscoffee thanks. Stay tuned I just toured the eureka facility so I’m posting that video in a couple days
@@JoeyVaracalli I will be watching! Love the videos ! I'm looking at another Eureka grinder right now called the Drogheria mcD4 for my up comming coffee shop. If it's anything like the home grinders I think I will be happy.
@@carrscoffee well the atom 75 grind by weight looked unreal when I got to use it. Coffee house setup dream honestly
Did you fix the issue? I’m having the same issue
You should have read the dam instructions.. you just made a great machine look bad ..all your fault.
Super helpful. Learn't alot.
Stupid video
All sounds good. My prob is, it's very long. My kitchen here in Europe is small. So trying to fit it in... is a real prob. A real shame. As I could do with a machine like this. I open to suggestions for shorter machine...
Yeah is it ok if it’s wider
@JoeyVaracalli wider is ok. Length a problem.
I want to add a VST basket to my legato. . I have a naked porta filter. Should I use ridged o ridgeless ? 58mm or E61:?
You have very little experience with a SA and it shows. It also clearly shows you were compensated by TK. Does seemless mean lower qualy but stupid proof?
Dude how much did they pay you to "review" this?
I didnt get quite get the brand and name of the coffee beans used in the meticulous shot…can you provide it?
